1. Description of Users (targeted customers) -

 

Zupotsu is intended for use by any marketing or individual entity ("Buyers") seeking to engage with sports marketing assets like athletes, influencers, content-owners, teams, and tournaments ("Sellers").

2. Description of Services

 

Zupotsu provides Buyers with an online platform where they can discover, learn about, and connect and transact with sports assets.

3. Description of how the user can access the services (account creation/ enter into an enterprise contract)

 

     3.1. Buyers may access our Services by creating an account on our platform to browse through the catalogue. The account creation requires providing some limited and accurate information. Sellers may also create accounts to list their assets, along with any opportunities they may wish to monetise.

     3.2. Sellers may engage with buyers through our platform to enquire, discuss opportunities and transact.

4. Description of Payment, Refund and Cancellation model.

 

     1. The payment, refund and cancellation terms and methods will be specified in the individual deal agreement, SOW or term sheet agreed with, or in between the Seller and Buyer through Zupotsu.

​

     2. Refund policies for the deals may vary depending on the terms negotiated between the Buyer and Seller. Any disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved directly between the parties involved.

 

     3. Cancellation terms for the deals will be outlined in the term sheet between the Sponsor and Partner. Parties are encouraged to communicate directly and resolve any issues regarding cancellations in good faith.
